上海国际智能制造促进中心作为联合国工业发展组织（UNIDO）智能制造项目机构，在UNIDO“智能制造技术及其在中小企业的应用”项目框架下，整合上海市增材制造制造业创新中心（SAMIC）专家团队资源，开设“3D打印技术基础”系列线上公开培训课程，旨在为企业、学校提供高水平的教程、高素养的师资团队、赋能中小企业智能制造高技能人才培育、智能化升级。

OBJECTIVES 目标

通过3D打印技术的培训，让培训对象能够认知3D打印等数字制造技术在实现企业的智能制造能力的重要价值，学习将3D打印技术应用于可行的生产解决方案的最佳实践以及3D打印系统技术的整套方法。

COURSE OUTLINE 课程安排

BACKGROUND

3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing technology, is one kind of rapid prototyping technology. It is a technology based on digital model, using powdered metal, plastic or other adhesive materials to construct objects layer by layer. It is a close combination of information network technology, advanced material technology, and digital manufacturing technology. 3D printing technology can be applied in a wide range of fields, including aerospace and defense, medical equipment, high-tech, etc., with a wide range of future application scenarios. It is an important component of intelligent manufacturing and one of its core technologies.

Shanghai International Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion Center (SIIMPC), as the UNIDO intelligent manufacturing project center , under UNIDO “Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and its Application in SMEs” project framework, incorporate expert tank resources from Shanghai Additive Manufacturing Innovation Center (SAMIC), meanwhile the organizer of SAMA International Forum), to set up a series of online public training courses on Fundamentals of Additive Manufacturing. The training is aiming to provide high-level tutorials, high-quality tutor teams for enterprises and schools, to empower high-tech talents cultivation within intelligent manufacturing SMEs and promote intelligent upgrading.

OBJECTIVES

By organizing the training of 3D printing technology, to help target beneficiaries recognizing the importance of 3D printing and other digital manufacturing technologies in the realization of enterprises’ intelligent manufacturing, learning the best practices of applying 3D printing technology onto feasible production solutions and the solution package of 3D printing system technology.

TARGET BENEFICIARY

Technical design engineer and managerial staff within manufacturing SMEs; vocational college students, anyone with interest in 3D printing…etc.

July 8- August 19, 2021 (to be held every two weeks on Thursday 16:00-17:00);

MODALITY

No registration fee. The course will be presented via ZOOM in Chinese Language.

Invited by the project partner SAMIC, the tutor team is composed of judge panel from the 46th WorldSkills Competition (China region), and industry-education integration experts in 3D printing field.

CERTIFICATION

A certificate of completion on the course will be issued by UNIDO to participants who complete 100% of the courses(4/4).
